Currently serving schools in Powhatan, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Buckingham, Amelia, Cumberland, and the City of Hopewell, Virginia.
Just wanted to take a brief moment to thank everyone involved for the drop off yesterday! The students were so happy to see the snack bags back and it was just in time for our high school students as we will not see them again until Monday! This gives us a piece of mind that they have food/snack for a few days! We appreciate this partnership so much!
The BackPacks for Love program has significantly impacted The ‘WELL students by providing them with the essential snack and dinner items they need to help boost their self-esteem and overall well-being.
With these backpacks, filled with nutritious snacks and dinner items, our students are better able to focus on their studies and personal growth without worrying where their next meal for the weekend may come from. The generous contributions from the program ensure that our students have access to the nourishment they need to succeed, fostering a positive and nurturing environment that encourages learning and development.
